Refund policy

ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

Order modifications or cancellations must be confirmed by both parties in writing before they take effect. A request alone does not guarantee a change or cancellation. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will reach out to the customer in writing and may suggest a similar replacement. If the suggested replacement is not accepted, the out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded.

 

RETURN

We gladly accept returns

  • Ship items back within 14 calendar days of delivery, to an overseas address 

 

The Following Items Can't be Returned/Refunded

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items on sale
  • Discounted items (with a discount code applied)
  • Health and personal care items

 

Conditions of Return - Change of Mind

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service. If the item does not reach us or is not returned in its original condition (e.g. damaged in transit, already not resaleable), no refund will be issued. 


Refunds - Change of Mind

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Since our product price has shipping cost included, we will advise the shipping cost that has been incurred.

Therefore, there will NOT be a full refund when you return an item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you if the item was returned intact (without damage in transit and is resaleable) and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if:

  • the item is defective,
  • damaged in transit, or
  • the wrong item is received,

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the required proof is provided and accepted, we will send a replacement. 


Non-Defects

  1. Air bubbles are a natural part of handmade glass production. They are evidence of the lively smelting process, which ended the moment the final product took shape, leaving that bubble trapped in time forever. It’s unique, original, and unrepeatable. A part of the glassmaker’s soul who brought the piece to life is preserved inside it.  
  2. Although the dimensions of each item are clearly stated in the listings, slight variations in measurements may occur, especially with handmade products.
